You will need 1 grapefruit cut into pieces, 1 cup grated red cabbage 1 sliced ​​banana and 1 glass of mineral water. Put all the ingredients in the blender and serve with or without ice! You can have the banana in the freezer.

Wellness Smoothie: with great taste and beautiful color! You will need 1 carrot, 1 beetroot, juice of 1/2 grapefruit, 1 tangerine, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1/2 cup of green tea.
